These terms govern your use of filmcraft.lol, the site operated by FilmCraft.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The site offers the FilmCraft video editor for download, together with a browser studio that provides editing, colour grading, effects, audio finishing and delivery tools and cloud storage for the media and projects you work with.
We improve the product continuously. Tools, presets and limits may change, and features may be added or retired.
Access is provided through Google sign in. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to use the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through the payment provider. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes you may owe.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps the plan active until the end of the period you already paid for.
If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend paid features until the balance is settled. Contact support if a charge looks wrong and we will sort it out.
Plans include a credit allowance used for exports, proxy generation and heavy effects work. Credits refresh at the start of each billing period and unused credits do not roll over.
Credits consumed by a job that fails on our side are returned to your balance.
You keep all rights to the media, projects and exports you create. You are responsible for having the rights to the footage and audio you bring into the studio.
You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and render your media so the service can operate, and to provide support when you ask for it.
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe anyone elses rights, distribute malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse the security of the platform.
We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk, and will explain why when we do.
The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it running smoothly, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept them.
